1.No power?
Possible reasons: power is off; whether pressed the emergency stop earlier; power switch is broken; the input voltage is too low
Solutions: turn on the power; press the emergency stop both sides; press the power switch for a second time; check the actual input voltage with a multimeter
2.The print head doesn’t jet ink?
Possible reasons: Head ink tube has air inside; sub ink tank doesn’t have ink; too high negative pressure; data cable does not connect to the operation board correctly; Head controlling board has flaw; broken power board; problem with amplitude’s settings; bad print head
Solutions: Sucking out the ink with the extended tube, use syringe remove the air afterwards, check whether sub ink tank and level sensor are all right, reconnect the data cable correctly, change the head controlling board; change the power board; examine the amplitude’s settings; confirm whether all the channels for the screen display are all right, change the print head
3. Some nozzles don’t jet ink
Possible reasons: print head is not clean; head tube has air inside, bad print head, too high negative pressure
Solutions: clean the print head with the auto cleaning system; Sucking out the ink with the extended tube, use syringe remove the air afterwards; change the print head; reset the negative pressure
4.How shall I do when the negative pressure doesn’t reach the right level?
Possible reasons: ink protection tank (sub ink tank) filled with ink; negative pressure ink tank filled with ink, broken pressure meter, ink tube has holes, defective air pressure regulator
Solutions: remove the ink inside ink protection tank; remove the ink inside negative pressure ink tank; change the pressure meter; examine whether there are some holes on the ink tubes; change the air pressure regulator
5.UV lamp is off
Possible reasons: defective UV lamp; UV lamps’ switch has problems; the internal between on and off of the lamp is too short; the power cable doesn’t connect well.
Solutions: change the UV lamp, examine whether the UV lamp is defective, It will wait 3 ~ 5 minute before restarting again; this is circuit protection. Examine whether all the power cables are well connected to the UV lamp system.
6.Emergency configuration can’t be turned on and off normally
Possible reasons: defective print head controlling board, didn’t start the emergency switch on the computer, emergency configuration is not good
Solutions: exchange print head controlling board, check the computer settings and make sure the UV lamp controlling is on, exchange emergency configuration
7.Ink supply controlling board keeps buzzing.
Possible reasons: Cartridge doesn’t have enough ink
Solutions: check whether there are enough ink in the cartridge
8.Water tank keeps buzzing
Possible reasons: print head heating system doesn’t have enough water circulation
Solutions: fill water into the water tank
9.Print head carriage touched the print media while printing
Possible reasons: Print head carriage stays too close to the print media, vacuum pump is off, vacuum tube’s setting is not compatible with the print media
Solutions: Readjust the distance between the carriage and print media to 1.0~2.0mm, turn on the switch of vacuum pump, make the vacuum pump value to 25%，50%，75% & 100% according to each type of media choice.
10.In operation, print head carriage stopped unexpectedly
Possible reasons: raster strip is not clean, some part of the raster strip has been terribly scratched, defective raster encoder, raster encoder is not correctly installed
Solutions: Clean the raster strip with alcohol, exchange the broken raster strip, exchange the raster encoder, reinstall the raster encoder
11.Print head carriage can’t move?
Possible reasons: printer is disconnected; servo motor for the print head carriage is disconnected
Solutions: press the green button and connect the computer with the printer, power off the machine. Restart the printer and reset the motor in 10 seconds
12.Auto cleaning function can’t work?
Possible reasons: ink wipe controlling board is broken, software fault
Solutions: exchange the broken ink wipe controlling board, reinstall the print driver
13.White ink does not come out
Possible reasons: In the software settings, white ink is set at ‘none’, print head tube has air inside, white ink cycling switch was not pressed before printing
Solutions: check whether the software setting for the white ink is correct   remove the air in the print head tube with extended tube and syringe
Circulate the white ink between the cartridge and sub ink tank with white ink cycling system (5 ~ 10 hours before print)
14.Ink does not dry?
Possible reasons: Setting of the UV lamp mode is incorrect; the UV lamp’s brightness is not high enough, broken UV lamp, shutter lamp is off
Solutions: check the Setting of the UV lamp mode; press ‘high’ to increase the UV lamp’s brightness, exchange the broken UV lamp; check the shutter lamp and make sure it works properly
15.Sometimes some blank dots appear on the printed image where should be colorful?
Possible reasons: incorrect print head position; print driver is not updated; color setting in the software is not right
Solutions: adjust the print heads’ position, install the latest version print driver, make sure the color setting in the software is correct
16.Print head board has no electricity
Possible reasons: defective print head controlling board, no electricity in the J18 connector
Solutions: exchange the print head controlling board; check the power supply of +41V and +24V and make sure it’s all right
17.Ink droplet can be ejected to the right position?
Possible reasons: static electricity due to different media, ion fan is off
Solutions: pre-treat the media by the ion fan several seconds, keep on the ion fan
18.No ink comes out of print head after being installed
Possible reasons: print head is fake, abnormal ink supplying system, print head is burnt due to operation mistake
Solutions: check the print head’s code, check whether there are ink in the ink supplying system and print head, exchange the new print head
19.Obvious banding during printing
Possible reasons: clogging print head, print head was not adjusted to the right position , settings of the media feeding motor is wrong or inner screws are loosen or broken, low quality print media
Solutions: try and clean the print head with cleanser and ultrasonic, readjust the print head’s position, reset the motor’s setting (dark: add the factory default of motor; light: reduce the factory default of motor), change screw and media
20.Malposition( Both side of the image is not aligned)
Possible reasons: The motion parameter of the RIP is wrong, the top cap isn’t at the same level, data flat cable been disturbed
Solutions: Restart the machine after readjusting the motion parameter, adjust the whole level of the machine, check if the power interface with the socket and ground wires contact well
21.The media clamp can run, but the carriage can’t run
Possible reasons: The motor wire of print heads are in poor contacting, the 24V power switch can’t work 
Solutions: Re-contact the motor wire, change the 24V power switch
22.Some white spots appear on the image    
Possible reasons: The media can’t absorb ink, the cloth is too wet, the clearing resolution is in the second ink cartridge
Solutions: Change the media, empty the ink of the second ink cartridge, then re-supply ink
23.The ink backs to the second ink tankPossible reasons:
The second ink cartridge is too low, the indoor temperature is too high, some air inter the second ink cartridge or the print heads Solutions: Adjust the height of the second ink cartridge, adjust the indoor temperature(Temperature:20~28℃;humidity:50~65％), check if the connector of the second ink cartridge air leak or change the pint heads
24.The ink doesn’t come out from the print heads after starting the machine
Possible reasons: The print heads you bought are fake, the ink supply system is irregularthe print heads are ruined by personal reasonsSolutions: Check the serial number of the print heads, check the ink supply system or check if the ink comes out from the print heads, change the new print heads
25.All the four colors can’t jet Possible reasons:
The system guider is incorrect , the problems of the headboard, the long data link probable destroyedSolutions: Re-upload the system data, change the headboard, change the data link
26.Some Vertical stripes appears on the imagePossible reasons:
The media can’t adsorb ink, the linear rail guider is dusty, errors occur on data translation, the wheel and the transportation belt loosen, the print heads may be used too longSolutions: Change media, clear the linear rail guider with alcohol, re-transport the data, twist tightly of the screw of transmission or change the belt, change the new print heads
27.The half nozzles of print head don’t jet ink
Possible reasons: The data links are not tight, the ink supply system is not smooth, the print heads been jammed, the main board and the head board can use at the same time(As the main board of 8pcs heads with 6pcs), the main board has been broken alreadySolutions: Re-contact the data link(Note: can’t pull out the data link with power, otherwise the print heads are easy destroyed), check all of the quart pot and the connector of the ink supply system, can’t let the air enter, clean the print heads or change the print heads, use the shared main board, I/O board, and head board, change the head board
28.The ink outflow after fulfill printing
Possible reasons: The ink jet too much, the heat plate didn’t start, the indoor temperature and humidity is too highSolutions: Decrease the inkjet quantity, start the heat plate,lower the indoor temperature and the humidity
29.The media runs inaccuratelyPossible reasons:
The media clamp loosen, the whole machine isn’t at the same levelSolutions: Re-screw the media clamp, re-adjust the whole level of the machine
30.Messy codePossible reasons:
The power source is not stable, the ground wire didn’t assemble well, operate illegally, the net disturb the computer, some problems on the head board or the main board
Solutions: Must assemble one UPS that the power as M3 3000, firstly it can reduce the disturb from outdoor, secondly avoid the power off; every machine must assemble the ground wire, and suggest assemble the ground wire on the hull of the host computer; Before every printing, suggest re-set the feature of the former image to avoid illegal operation; once on printing process,
