Xhafer is a customer from Kosovo. When I received his inquiry first time, I thought this was just a simple inquiry. Because the customer has only been sending inquiries on our website and not responded to our email.
Later, I added his WhatsApp and contacted him on the Whatsapp. I found that Xhafer didn’t understand English. Although it is just a few words to communicate, it can be seen that customers have a large purchase intention. Because he said that he had a friend who bought a machine with us and had been using it for more than ten years. Therefore, he is very interested in our products. After resolving several customer questions, the customer stated that they would place an order as soon as possible. In fact, Xhafer saw some negative comments about our company on other websites before. But he is still willing to trust us. Because his friend bought the machine for ten years, it is the most powerful proof. In the online age, no one can avoid some people’s malicious evaluation of you. However, we have to believe that as long as the quality of your product is passed and the service is good, more customers will be willing to buy your product and introduce it to their friends.
