Customer Story from Europe-Rosy

Ivan is a customer from Europe – Croatia. This customer contacted our colleagues last year, but not made an order. Our colleague left our company and no news heard from Ivan later. Ivan contacted us again and asked about the latest news from the printer this June. After the comparison, Ivan wants to buy an A3 or A1 size UV flatbed printer. So he needs us to help him to test his samples by these two models first, then he can compare the print quality and determine the model he needs. The sample sent by Ivan is a uniquely designed USB. The case looks like plastic, but the material is very special, it feels very smooth, and the coating is not easy to dry. Therefore, when we tested for the first time, the picture is not very firm. It can scrape off the picture with a strong scraper. So we tried several different coatings and found that AB coating is better. We use this coating ink to print the sample and sent it to Ivan after finished. But Ivan was not satisfied with these samples. Because he told me that if they scrape many times on the picture, they can still scrape it off. Our technician tried more coating inks for the left sample, but still can’t solve this problem, so I don’t contact Ivan anymore. I can’t believe that Ivan contacts me at the end of August, saying that he wanted to buy an A3 size UV machine and asked me to make a formal invoice for him. And also customized three USB fixtures, one of which is more complicated, and the design drawings confirmed with Ivan for a long time. Thanks to the craftsman of the molder are very skillful, the fixture has finally come out. The printer will arrive in Croatia soon. I hope everything will go well.
