Customer’s positive Feedback

Hello, I am Jace from Thailand, and I bought an E2000UV from Wer-China company on Dec. 2017.

When I received the package, it was packed by a wooden case, and there was no damage to the printer, and as that was my first time to use UV printer, and I knew nothing about the printer, but their technician Bruce was so patient to help me how to install the printer and teach me how to use the printer. It seemed that Bruce a rich experience on how to install and how to print, he knew the machine very well.

Today, I am writing this letter to thank Wer-China company, for their good service and good product. The printer is still working well, I just ordered some inks and no other parts changed. I have heard from my friends that the print head has a very short lifespan. But I haven’t changed print head until now. Hope it can still work a good long long time.

BTW, I will come to China on Mar. 2019 for a business trip. Surely I will visit Wer-China company, you guys, waiting for me, cheers.
