If the machine unused a long time, perform necessary protection for the print head as below
This file is used for Eco serial printer,160,1802,2502,3202 etc,and large size flatbed serial printer,1310,2514 etc
Why need to perform maintaining?
1.If the printer unused over 4 days, the print head maybe have blocked by the ink inside the head
2.perform the necessary protection for print head, can keep the head nozzle fluid
- The best important is to keep your productive efficiencyNotices of operation
1.two to four days left off
Perform the head test or nozzle check to check the head testing pattern whether completely,if head testing pattern is missing some parts,clean the head until the head testing pattern completely, then pour the right type and amount of cleaning solution(cleaning liquid) into the print-head cap, push head carriage back to home position gently to achieve head surface and head cap no air leakage, to keep head surface moisture until next time usage.

Remove ink damper from the print head and clean the print head, the print-head must be cleaned with the right type cleaning solution, finally, keep the head as below photo
Attention:1.the print head must be cleaned with the same standard cleaning solution
2:Do does not damage and wet the other parts of the printer during maintenance processing
3.Must remember the print head cables order or make a note to next time install head
