Raster strip, whether it is a dual nozzle Epson UV printer, Seiko machine or Konica and so on are required raster strip, then we should not ignore its existence.
Raster strip is commonly known as the ruler of a UV flat-panel printer. During the printing process, the device will turn left and right according to the actual size of the output pattern and graphics.
When the printer head is moved out of the initial position after the computer output printing and printing command is issued, the machine raster strip sensor will sense the scale on it, thus defining the correct printing and printing range.
If there is any spot or dust accumulation on the surface of the raster strip of UV flat-panel printer, the raster sensor will not be able to sense the scale number on it, so it is impossible to accurately determine the moving range.
Resulting in inaccurate printing positioning:
The solution is also simple: dip some alcohol into a dust-free cloth or absorbent cotton cloth and gently wipe the UV flat-panel printer raster strip from top to bottom.
This will ensure its surface finish.
