I am Patricio from Chile, I have my own printing shop here, but my products are from sublimation technology, this year I want to change my business from digital direct printing.
I looked for a high quality and good price printer, with professional technical support, because I didn’t have much experience with such DTG printer. It is not same as the one I use now.

But I still hesitate about the decision , so I asked my friend in china to contact her again , he helped me to go to visit WER and checked the machine , I asked shelly to print on glass, wood, usb products to print sample according to my design photo, after she showed me the samples , I liked them , I think my choice is correct , then I talked all things with my wife, beacuse I also contacted with different suppliers in china too, she supported me to choose shelly, choose WER-CHINA ‘ machine .
After about one month, i received my machine in good packing. Till now, The technician helps me a lot, the machine is running good according to their guide , i know how to operate it now , thanks them so much .
I am considering to order more machines to extend my business if getting more orders at the end of this year.
