Secondly, the ink supply of UV printer is equivalent to the blood vessels in the human body, responsible for the delivery of ink to the print head, and human blood vessels are different from the delivery of ink is corrosive, so the production of the selected material for the ink must have strong corrosion resistance and toughness.

1: there is no doubt that the ink supply tube of the UV machine needs toughness. If there is no toughness, it cannot bear such a range when it needs to move back and forth. For example, the part of the ink tube connected with the nozzle needs to move back and forth at unlimited speed.

This will cause the ink burst inkjet, the chain reaction may cause the whole photo machine to scrap catastrophic consequences.

2: UV machine ink tube corrosion resistance is also important if the ink tube can’t resist the ink pollution corrosion, then in the ink supply project, every part of the ink tube will not be safe,

3: in the daily inspection of UV machine to check whether there is damage or bending ink, pay attention to the integrity and patency of the ink tube, to avoid ink leakage or blockage caused by the nozzle blockage, drawing ink and other problems.

4: poor quality and a long time will cause nozzle blockage and printing fly ink, it is generally recommended to change the ink damper from 3 to 6, which will prolong the print quality and service life of the nozzle.

5: the condition or can operate alone the customer had better clean the ink tube or replace the new ink tube regularly, half a year, or once a year.
