Chinese UV flatbed printer have been developing rapidly during the last 30 years after the opening up policy, but administrators’ service concept was not established when the enterprises quantity is expanding rapidly. Another major reason is that enterprises are not willing to spend high costs on after-sale service. For many domestic small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises, they don’t have the ability to spend much on founding a good after-sale service system. From this aspect, even if enterprises’ administrators want to do so, they have no strength. The problems of after-sale service reveal the problem of poor product quality in the equipment manufacturing industry. Equipment manufacturers are not the only one who should be blamed for this. It is partly because material supplier can’t provide quality materials for UV flatbed printer.
